Northeast Animal Powered Field Days

Saturday, September 27th, twelve Sterling College students attended the 2nd annual Northeast Animal Powered Field Days, a celebration of animal power on the farm and in the forest. Students participated in workshops, viewed quality teams of horses and oxen working in the fields, and ate really good pulled pork (and pesto pizza for the vegetarian option) sandwiches.

I will have to send along photos as I have found a bunch from the last 6 years of draft horse classes.
